What we collect

When you book or buy through TeamUp, we collect your name, email address, phone number and booking history. Payments are handled by our payment provider, so we never see or store your card details.

If you complete a health questionnaire (PAR-Q) through TeamUp or on paper, or tell us about an injury, pregnancy or health condition in person or by message, we keep that information so we can look after you safely in class. We only use it for that purpose and keep it secure, and paper forms are stored safely and destroyed when no longer needed.

Why we use it

To take bookings, run classes safely, contact you about your bookings, and, only if you have agreed, send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who sees it

Only us and the services we use to run the studio, such as TeamUp, Squarespace and our email provider. We never sell your information.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Non-essential cookies only run if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for bookings, accounts and legal reasons.
