ABOUT US

After six years coaching women 1-1, I wanted to build a warm, welcoming, women’s only space where you don’t have to choose between strength training or pilates. I want to show you that each does a different job, neither is better than the other, and you need both of them.

Strength training, pilates, barre, sculpt and yoga

All abilities are welcome, everyone’s still learning, nobody’s watching, and you’ll be shown how to do it properly.

Meet your instructors below.

JADE

Barre Strength

With 16 years’ experience as a personal trainer and a sports therapy degree, Jade knows exactly how the body works. Her barre builds real strength, not dance moves, so no dance background is needed.

CARESE

Pop Pilates

Carese has a Level 6 Diploma in Dance and has performed at Disneyland. Her dance background spans performing and teaching, and she’s all about helping people feel confident in their bodies. Expect big positive energy, awful karaoke to her own playlists and movement that makes you smile.

SHAUNA

Barre Strength and Sculpt

Shauna has a precise eye for how the body moves, and her Pilates training taught her how to build strength with it. She spots the small details that make a movement work, so you feel it in the right muscles. Expect strength, not choreography.

ELLIE

Vinyasa Yoga

Ellie is a fully accredited Yoga Alliance teacher who started yoga when life felt too loud. Her classes are where it goes quiet - friendly, grounding, and a proper reset after a busy day.
